Return, Exchange and Refund Policy

At Damascus Makers, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receiving it, subject to the conditions below. Our return and refund policy is the same for all countries.

Return Eligibility

We accept easy returns within 30 days. To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging intact. Returns are also accepted on sale items.  

Exchange Policy

We also accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery. If you would like replacement item, please contact our support team. Exchange requests are processed subject to product availability.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. We strongly recommend using a track able shipping method to ensure your item reaches us safely.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fee — your return will be processed without any additional charges.

How to Start a Return

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed. The return delivery typically takes 6 to 8 business days. Please allow some additional time for the refund to be issued back to your original payment method.
